Shaanxi Tourism Routes

Shaanxi has dense and coherent attractions: Xi'an city features the grid layout of Tang Chang'an and the Ming dynasty city walls, Lintong has the Terracotta Warriors of Qin Shi Huang, the eastern route of Mount Hua offers danger, and going south from Hanzhong over the Qinling Mountains provides the source of the Han River and historical sites from the Three Kingdoms. This site arranges Shaanxi into a 4-day city route, a 6-day "Xi'an - Mount Hua" route, and an 8-day "Xi'an - Hanzhong - Yan'an" route.

• Popular attractions (Forbidden City, Mogao Caves, Jiuzhaigou, Zhangjiajie, etc.) have real-name ticket limits; it is recommended to make reservations 15–30 days in advance.
• High-speed rail tickets go on sale 15 days before departure; during peak season, they are sold out on the first day, so be sure to set reminders.
• High-altitude routes (Tibet, Qinghai, Western Sichuan) require a health certificate; it is recommended to take Rhodiola 7 days in advance.
• For seniors over 60 and children under 1.2 meters, please note it when booking; ticket prices and beds are arranged separately.
