Qingdao Travel Guide
Badaguan · Zhanqiao · Laoshan · Beer
Qingdao is the most European-like coastal city in China: the German-style villas of Badaguan, the old town outline of Zhanqiao and Xiaoyushan, the Taoist temples of Laoshan; two to three days is enough, and summer is the most comfortable time to visit.

Destination Details
The urban landscape of Qingdao was shaped during the German lease period from 1897 to 1914: red-tiled sloping roofs, granite bases, winding streets, complemented by the bay of the Yellow Sea. It is also the birthplace of Chinese beer. Spending a day walking between Badaguan and the seaside bathing resorts in summer is a favorite rhythm for Chinese families.
