The underground and aboveground of Henan both record the early history of China: the palaces of Erlitou in Yanshi, the oracle bones of the Anyang Yin Ruins, the Northern Wei and Tang dynasty statues in Longmen, Luoyang, and the Chan and martial arts of Shaolin in Dengfeng. This site arranges Henan into 4 days covering Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, and Luoyang, and 6 days including the Yin Ruins.

Pre-Trip Reminders

• Popular attractions (Forbidden City, Mogao Caves, Jiuzhaigou, Zhangjiajie, etc.) have real-name admission limits. It is recommended to book 15–30 days in advance.
• High-speed train tickets go on sale 15 days before departure. During peak season, they sell out on the first day, so set a reminder.
• High-altitude routes (Tibet, Qinghai, western Sichuan) require a health statement. It is recommended to take Rhodiola 7 days in advance.
• Seniors over 60 and children under 1.2 meters should be noted when booking; ticket prices and beds are arranged separately.
