• Popular scenic spots (the Forbidden City, Mogao Caves, Jiuzhaigou, Zhangjiajie, etc.) have real-name ticket restrictions; it is recommended to book 15–30 days in advance.
• High-speed rail tickets go on sale 15 days before departure, and sell out on the first day during peak season, so be sure to set a reminder.
• High-altitude routes (Tibet, Qinghai, Western Sichuan) require a health declaration; it is recommended to take Rhodiola 7 days in advance.
• Seniors over 60 and children under 1.2 meters should be noted when booking, as ticket prices and bed arrangements are different.
